Once your initial two-week period of designing and activating your website is complete, we are fully aware that you may want to make occasional changes to your website, sometimes rarely and sometimes on an on-going basis.  For example, many of our customers have “News” pages that they want updated periodically. 

We provide change and update services at the very reasonable rate of forty-eight dollars per hour.  In keeping track of the time we spend to update your site, we record the actual minutes for each change and total the minutes at the end of the month.  Unlike some professions, we do not round up to the nearest hour or half-hour.  We record the actual number of minutes, so that you only pay for the services you request.

Requests for changes must be submitted in writing and e-mailed to us.  Changes are typically posted within a few hours of receiving the request.

Billing is done monthly via e-mail with an attached invoice.

Some websites will require few, if any, support changes while some may require substantial changes.  Some Ecommerce websites may require constant revisions as you add and delete products from your e-store.  We charge a very reasonable rate for our services and provide a quick turn-around time for all requested changes.  We look forward to servicing your website needs.
