Q: How
do I place an order to have you design a website?
A: Click on the “Order Your Website Now” page and follow the instructions.
In addition to PayPal, we also accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. Once your
payment has been processed, we will contact you to discuss everything we need to know to build your website. The
initial contact will happen within one business day of you placing your order.
Q: How long does
it take to build the website?
A: Typically, it takes about five to ten business days to have your website up and running.
Sometimes, depending on how quickly you can make decisions and how prepared you are to provide us with electronic files
(e-mail attachments) of the text you want on each page, we may be capable of doing it even quicker.
Q: Does the price include everything for a full year?
A: The price does include everything for a full year except for changes or revisions
once the two week initial design phase is completed. Click on the “Support” page to review
details regarding changes and revisions after the initial phase is complete.
Q: Can I have any
domain name I want?
A:
As long as the name has not been purchased by another user, then yes, you can have any domain name you want.
Q: What special design services are included in the initial purchase price?
A: See the services described on
the “Options Available” page.
Q: How do you select the e-mail
address(s)?
A;
The e-mail address(s) will include your domain name and a unique prefix. For example, if your domain is
www.xyz.com, then we would recommend e-mail names such as info@xyz.com or president@xyz.com or customerservice@xyz.com.
The prefix for each e-mail address must be unique and the body of the address will always be your domain name.
Q: Do we have any say in the template design that is selected for our website?
A: Yes, to a great extent.
Based on our initial contact, we will select several designs for your consideration. If you like
one, let us know and that will be used for your website. If you don’t like what we propose, just
let us know and we will send some additional suggestions. We will not stop until you find something you
are happy with. We have hundreds of templates available and we are confident you will find something that
meets your needs.
Q: Do you host the website yourself?
A: No, we contract out that service at our expense. We would
rather concentrate on building you a spectacular website than the technical issues associated with hosting multiple websites.
The company we work with is well established and we have been using them for over five years now. They
have a 24/7/365 technical support staff and they have been simply wonderful to work with. While we think
we are the best at designing websites, we think they are the best at hosting them.
Q: Can I view some
existing websites that you have designed?
A: Yes. Click on the “Sample Websites” page to see a few examples
of our finished work product.
Q: When it comes to selecting one of the two
options, which do you recommend?
A: It depends on what you want to do. If you want to sell products, accept credit card
payments, use shopping carts or offer gift certificates, you will need to select the Ecommerce Option. If
you are not interested in any of these type services, then the Basic Option will probably suffice.
